A SAFE PLACE TO SLEEP & RESOURCES FOR HOUSING STABILITY
VOLUNTEER WITH US!
Did you know RTRC's Warming Station is staffed from 5:30 PM - 7:30 AM, seven days a week,
November through March, entirely by volunteers?
It's true! So when we say we couldn't do what we do without our entire team, we mean it. We also need volunteers to help operate our SUMMERTIME, DAYTIME operations!
Right Track Resource Center volunteers are a diverse bunch of do-gooders. Our team includes retired school teachers, EOU students, working parents with young children, former guests, and many more. If you would like to join our team of superheroes sans capes, we would love to have you!

Volunteering at the Warming Station has been both humbling and rewarding. I appreciate working with other like-minded folks in our community as volunteers, as well as interacting with the Warming Station guests. It is quite a feat to keep the Warming Station going through the Winter season. It is nice to be part of such a great team of volunteers and staff, it helps with the accompanying sadness I feel for our less fortunate individuals.
I wish others would know what I know now. The Warming Station is not a scary place as most of our community thinks it is. This fear of ours comes from a place of uncertainty. I am grateful that I found the truth when I did and began volunteering. Our station is a place of pure love and dedication, helping those in a situation that we ourselves are one step away from; empty stomachs and without a warm place to sleep
I enjoyed volunteering at the Warming Station. I liked meeting the guests and the other volunteers. I always felt needed when I was there; at 77 that is not always the case!
